Meet Your Hostess

Christine Hansen

Introducing Christine Hansen, a seasoned small business consultant specializing in empowering women (especially in their thirties) and forties to achieve true success in their ventures.

With a strong background in small business as an entrepreneur herself, and a passion for problem-solving, Christine not only analyzes her clients' businesses with precision but also identifies untapped opportunities for process improvements and strategic replacements.

Her track record boasts an impressive array of accomplishments, including successfully selling her own first business, winning the Creative Young Entrepreneur Award, and gaining substantial media coverage. She is well seasoned in public speaking engagements (TEDx being only one of them) and has done many media appearances globally (notably BFMTV in Paris).

Additionally, Christine is a published author of a very insightful books on business growth. Beyond her professional expertise, she finds joy in exploring new destinations, admiring the elegance of the Hermès brand, cherishing moments with horses, dogs, and cats, and immersing herself in the exhilarating experience of live music.

Ciara Stockeland

Ciara Stockeland

Using your inventory to create more profit and keep more cash

Ciara Stockeland, is an author, speaker and 3x Ironman.

She has owned and operated businesses since her early teens.  As a serial entrepreneur, her business mindset and tenacity led her to opening her first store in 2006 which she then franchised. Her vast experience in both retail and wholesale industries led her to launch the first to market wholesale subscription box for boutique retailers, which she built and sold within 18 months. Most recently Ciara has launched the Inventory Genius, a coaching program for inventory-based business owners.

She has twice had the opportunity to testify before two U.S. Senate Committees regarding the “joint employer” standard for businesses and its effect on small businesses and franchises.  Additionally, in 2015 she represented small businesses at a White House Summit on Worker Voice and again in 2018 for a Summit on Economics.

Ciara has been recognized as a Small Business Champion through SCORE, has held a seat on the United States Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council and is a Profit First Certified Coach. 

Through her coaching program, and book “The Inventory Genius” (a #1 Amazon Best Seller), Ciara strives to motivate business owners to build profitability and peace of mind into their business. 

In her free time Ciara enjoys training for endurance races and most recently completed her third Ironman in the Woodlands, Texas. She currently resides in Tennessee with her husband Jim and her Great Pyrenees Bentley.

Ghalia Boustani is a senior consultant at Univers Retail in Paris. Her retail career took off in the fashion industry. Since 2005, Ghalia has been working closely with fashion brands at retail and management levels.

At a strategic level, Ghalia works on guiding and assisting in the transformation of brands, and their development strategies.

At the operational level, she works on developing procedures, training manuals, and delivering team member training.

She holds a Ph.D from “École Supérieure des Affaires” in Lebanon and a master's degree from “London College of Fashion”, London. She has been selected to pursue a certification on creative ventures at the “London Business School”. Her research and publications cover traditional and ephemeral retail, fashion management and customer experiences.

Ghalia has international teaching experience, having attended universities and business schools in Beirut, Istanbul, London, and Paris. Since 2011, she has lectured in marketing and retail, taken part in more than 25 conferences and webinars.
