When it comes to content creation, my magic word for you is batching! I batch not only for one month but for three or four months, so usually for a quarter of a year.

Content Creation Flow

This is a complete unit in my masterclasses 4: The Content Creation Flow. You create one piece of content, and you're seen everywhere and Google gets to know you and gets to love you. However, I wanted to go over the few main points with you.

Dedicate your time to creating, then outsource

The number one thing you need to do is really dedicate a short time where you create everything, and then you outsource. I know in the beginning that it seems like you can’t afford this. But you need to focus on having people:

  • get to know you
  • to hear about your knowledge
  • to hear about your mission

You don't have time to create graphics or to write blog posts! That time is better spent focusing on

  • helping people find your content
  • to understand what you do
  • how you can help them
  • how you can make their lives so much better

My content creation steps

I start my month by shooting videos. Because my system is based on long posts, from which I make social media posts, plus interviews with business friends, I gather my content pretty quickly. I have a content calendar in place and based on that I set up a workflow in flowster, and have all my freelancers do their part.

My assistant sends the videos out to our video editor, to our freelancer who is creating notes, and to our other assistant who creates graphics for Pinterest and for social media.

That's basically it. I don't have anything to do with that anymore. I can focus on my to-do list of other things that I need to do: speak on summits, create materials for my coaching clients, work on a course, write a book, etc.

All of those things are things that are my job as a coach, my job is not doing graphics and scheduling out different pieces.

Making a deeper impact

This whole process costs me around $150-$300, depending on how many things I have. And it is well worth it, considering how much time I'm saving in order to really get my message out there. To show up in person, engaging with people, and really make a deeper impact than just working behind the scenes, which is where no one sees me.

Hopefully, this has helped you a bit. I really encourage you to have a look at the masterclass on content creation. Also, if you want to get a sneak peek of my complete holistic structure of my business, check out the free training where I walk you through everything I do, and what you can do to create a beautiful business.
